Mint Chocolate Chip Popsicles

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Paleo


  • 1 1/2 cups plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 3 tbsp @superelixir alkalising greens 
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 4 tbsp raw cacao powder 
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp raw coconut nectar 
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs 


1. Blend yogurt, milk, alkalising greens, banana, and mint extract until creamy. Pour into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes, then add popsicle sticks, and freeze for at least 3 hours to set. 
2. Whisk cacao powder, coconut oil and coconut nectar over medium-low heat until smooth. 
3. Dip frozen popsicles into chocolate sauce, top with cacao nibs, and return to freezer to set.
